Delivery Policy
Upon Receipt of an order
Once an order is placed, a proforma invoice is sent to the customer to make the payment via bank transfer. Your account manager will confirm via email if all stock is available for dispatch. Once the payment has been made, the order is then packed & dispatched within 1-2 working days for Next Day Delivery.
If some items are out of stock then we will order stock in. Once received we will dispatch next day. Your account manager will keep you informed as to delivery dated.
Our Minimum order value is £2,500 all deliveries over this amount qualify for free mainland delivery.
