These terms and conditions apply to all customers located within the United Kingdom who have access to the Nutri Trade UK Ltd Website. Please read through these Terms and Conditions carefully prior to accessing and/or placing an order for any goods from this Website.

All purchases made on this website are controlled by these Terms and Conditions. The Terms and Conditions governing your purchase will take effect on the date of your purchase. We reserve the right at our sole discretion to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. If you order goods after we have published any changes to the Terms and Conditions you will be bound by those changes. Accordingly, you should ensure that you understand the precise Terms and Conditions applicable to your order, before placing your order.

Please note: Using this Website indicates that you accept all our Terms and Conditions together with our Privacy Policy, regardless of whether or not you choose to register with us.

Placing an order:

By placing an order within our site, you authorise the following: Legally entering into binding contracts

Responsible for acting in accordance with the UK Law. We cannot be held responsible for individuals who choose to act in conflict with the national laws and we do not encourage anyone to do so.

Items purchased are intended for legal use only.

Please note: There is £2,500 plus vat minimum order requirement when placing an order on Nutri Trade UK Ltd. Any orders below £2,500 (Plus VAT) will not be accepted. This does not apply for our Pharmacy and Health Store customers (minimum order £500 to qualify for free delivery).

How the contract for the goods is formed between you and Nutri Trade UK Ltd -  Nutri Trade UK Ltd  will confirm receipt of your order as soon as possible by email, to the email address that you have provided to us.

Please ensure the email address provided is correct and accurate. Please note that you ensure your email mailbox is in proper working order, as all correspondence regarding your order is sent to the email address provided.

Please remember to check your spam or junk mailbox as emails can often be misdirected by your spam filters.

Our acceptance of your order will take place upon the dispatch of the product(s) ordered and at this point the contract will be made. We will supply the product(s) to you in accordance with these Terms and Conditions.


A brief description of the main characteristics of the goods can be found on the product pages of the Website. Where a description isn’t available and you would like more information, please contact us via our contact form. Please see information regarding Shipping and Delivery.

As a general rule our products will have a minimum expiry date of 1 year. If the dates are less than this then your account manager will inform you via email and you will be asked if acceptable. If by accident you do receive goods that are short dated, please notify us within 24 Hours via our contact form.

Price and Payment

This is strictly a Trade Only Wholesale website. As a Business you must be registered and verified in order to view our trade prices and to purchase any products.

Please note: Nutri Trade UK Ltd does not offer any form of Retail Sale.

Nutri Trade UK Ltd does not offer a drop shipping Service.

Prices listed are subjected to change without any notice but changes will not affect any orders that have already been accepted.

The Prices payable for goods on the Website appear on the product pages. The price visible for each product listed includes the Price excluding VAT . The Total VAT charged for your basket will be shown while you process the order.

The Website contains a number of Products and it is possible that, despite our best efforts, some of the Products listed on the Website may be incorrectly priced. If an error is discovered at our end in the price of the goods, you will be informed as soon as possible. We will give you the option of reconfirming your order at the correct price or cancelling it.

Payment for all Products is via a pro-forma, we don’t accept online payments. Once your order has been submitted it will be reviewed by a member of our sales team. If accepted you will be contacted via email and sent an invoice. Payment must be made before goods are shipped to you.

Delivery Charges

For orders above £2,500.00 + VAT , we will provide free shipping

Pallet Deliveries

If your Pallet has arrived Damaged, please ensure, it is signed and checked by the delivery driver. Please ensure a signature is obtained from the driver and photos/videos taken for evidence as this may be asked for, during our investigation. 


Our aim is to provide fair Returns and Replacements Policy, ensuring you can be satisfied with each and every order from us.

Please be aware that we always try our best to describe the items we sell as accurately as possible. However, please note that images are for illustration purposes only and products may occasionally vary in size, shape or colour.

Order errors and/or discrepancies must be notified to us in writing within 48 hours of receipt of the order.

If your order is delivered to you damaged, please contact us immediately along with photographic/video evidence. We will then advise further and you will be refunded once the damaged items have been received back by us.

The refund will be processed in the form of a Credit Note.

If the Goods returned are not in the condition in which they were sent out, Nutri Trade UK Ltd reserves the right to send the item back to you or provide only a partial refund after assessing the items for damages.

You are responsible for any damages caused to the goods being returned in transit by inappropriate packaging. We would advise taking photographs of your returning goods prior to sending them back to us.

Nutri Trade UK Ltd does not accept returns for Clearance/Sale Products and Nutri Trade UK Ltd Warranty does not apply to those.

Missing Items

If it is discovered that Items in your order are missing, Nutri Trade UK Ltd highly recommend checking your order once again, making sure all corners of the box/boxes are thoroughly checked as well as the packaging material used.

For any orders containing errors and/or shortages you must notify Nutri Trade UK Ltd within 48 hours of receipt.

Our liability

If an order hasn’t been delivered, contains incorrect items/incorrect quantity, contains damaged/faulty products, our obligation will be to either: Rectify any shortage/non-delivery/incorrect delivery Replace/Repair any Products that are damaged/Faulty Provide a full Refund for the Products in question after investigation Please note; The above must be subject to our Returns Policy.

If we fail to comply with these Terms and Conditions we are responsible for the loss and/or damage you suffer that is a foreseeable result of our breach of these Terms and Conditions or our negligence, up to the amount of the purchase price paid by you for the products order. Our maximum liability is limited to the total cost of your order. We are not however responsible for any loss or damage that is not foreseeable. Loss and or damage is foreseeable if it was an obvious consequence of our breach or if it was contemplated by you and us at the time you placed the order.

Amendment of Terms and Conditions

Nutri Trade UK Ltd has the right to revise and amend these Terms and Conditions at any time to reflect changes that may occur in the Market which affect the business. These changes may include change in payment methods or changes in relevant law/Regulatory requirements and changes in our system’s capabilities or for any other reason in our sole discretion.

You will be subject to the terms and conditions that are in force at the time that you order goods from Nutri Trade UK Ltd unless: Any change to these terms and conditions is required to be made by law or governmental authority, in which case the changes may apply to orders previously placed by you; or Nutri Trade UK Ltd notifies you of any changes to these terms and conditions before it accepts your order, in which case Nutri Trade UK Ltd has the right to assume that you have accepted the change to the Terms and Conditions unless you notify Nutri Trade UK Ltd to the contrary within seven (7) working days of receipt by you of the goods.
