What is your minimum order?
Our minimum order value is £2,500, this includes free delivery anywhere in the UK.
Does your pricing include VAT?
As we exclusively trade with other businesses, our prices are Net of VAT.
How long to deliver?
This depends on the products you require and in what quantities. If we have stock on floor then typically this is next day, however if we need to order in then it can take up to 2-3 weeks. Your account manager can support you with specific requirements.
Can I buy in bulk quantities e.g. by the pallet?
Yes. Our prices are competitive for bulk orders please speak with your account manager for detailed support.
I cant see the product I am interested in, can you supply this?
Our website and pricelist contain our most popular products and we can supply and quote on a lot more. Please contact your account manager if there is something that you want us to source/price for you.
Do you export?
No, but we do have customers who export some of our products. We can recommend shipping/export companies to use if you don't already have one.
